Pick & Place
Pick & Place systems allow a higher flexibility of production changes and a lean production line. No centering or alignment equipment is needed anymore. The objects will be measured and the location will be send to the pickup equipment.
Artificial Intelligence
AI Technology is the newest product in our range. It will reduce the learning time and increases the detection availabilty. Pre-trained neural networks will be used to speed up the deep-learning process.
3D Profiler
3D-Profile is an inline measuring device to capture profile lines on-the-fly during the application. The applications can be welding line, glue line and surface defects inspections.
Co-Bot Applications
Feature verification with integrated Universal Robots can save projects costs and increase flexibility with new tasks in the future. The UR is controllable from within the V60-700. No Robot training is required.
Inline Inspection
During the glue process the desired parameters will be checked. This will decrease the cycle-time of the station and the amount of cameras required. Also a "heat-image" camera is available to verify dark glue on dark parts or vice versa.
Training
We also over Training courses for the Maintenance personal to keep the system on track with new developments. This will reduce the break-down time during production and increase the profits of the client.
